We will always remember ION SMEDESCU, the Founder of the Romanian American University who will be tremendously missed by all who knew him. He did so much for the Romanian American University and its students, showing an extraordinary intellect, a strong commitment and dedication to providing a quality education, sharing a true love of learning and for the University and bringing a real sense of belonging to all those privileged for participating in the academic life.
ION SMEDESCU was enjoying bringing a significant intellectual contribution and worked hard to make the real difference and to give something back to the society (Link 1 Link 2,Link 3, Link 4,Link 5, Link 6 )His energy, love and spirit made him worthy of the highest acknowledgment. He was always acting and reacting in a way that managed to build the academic community, by doing what he believed is right and not being afraid. May God bless him and his passionate work as his dedicated journey is now complete.
